Sheshegwaning First Nation
Each individual will play an important and defined role in executing future solar epc projects within the community as taught throughout the various training activities. The skills learned through the teachings of these modules will support the community in developing further energy independence by using the knowledge and skills learned by the energy team members.
Chris is the Community Energy Champion for the Sheshegwaning Community. Chris has overseen the IEP project and works closely with all of the departments within the community. Chris and the Energy Team are being trained to be the primary caretakers of the solar systems.
Educaton and Lifelong Learning Assistant & Energy Team Member for Sheshegwaning First Nation. Deanna supports the administration and coordination of programs within the Education and Lifelong Learning Department. In addition to her primary role, Deanna has joined the Energy Team and is training to become one of three caretakers responsible for maintaining and supporting the community’s solar energy systems
